The Six Sigma Yellow Belt course provides the introductory elements for understanding the various Six Sigma technology tools useful for improving the production process and minimizing defects in the final product. It provides basic knowledge of the most appropriate measurement tools for collecting analysis data and an overview of problem-solving processes. It is also an effective training program for leaders who want to learn more about six sigma doctrines and various delivery methods within an organization. The “Yellow Belts” are responsible for identifying, controlling and monitoring potential profit/loss areas and reporting them to Green Belt and Black Belt managers. It is not a project-based program.
